1. Acceptance of terms

By booking a consultation, taking an assessment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services provided

Best Career Counselling provides Comprehensive Career Assessments, one-on-one career counselling, and admission consulting (shortlisting, application support and deadline tracking) for students, parents and working professionals.

Our guidance is advisory in nature and based on the information and assessment results available at the time of counselling.

3. Booking & payments

The initial 15-minute consultation call is free of charge. Paid services, such as assessments and admission consulting packages, are confirmed only after payment or an agreed arrangement is in place.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations and assessments. Recommendations are only as reliable as the information provided.

5. Limitation of liability

Our counselling and assessments are intended to support, not replace, your own judgement. Final decisions about streams, courses, colleges or careers rest with the student and family. We are not liable for outcomes arising from decisions made using our guidance.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
